Commerce Australia's Support is dedicated to helping clients who are having difficulties with their Internet connection, difficulties with certain applications, or are just curious.

While we aim to resolve all queries as quickly as possible, we do have to prioritise our work load.

Our support priorities are:

  1. Problems with connecting to Commerce Australia and the Internet.
  2. Problems with accessing Commerce Australia services and servers.
  3. Problems with Commerce Australia supplied and supported software.
  4. Problems with other Internet Software.
  5. Other Internet related problems or queries.
  6. General computer, networking or Internet problems or queries.

Most support issues will be resolved within 24 hours, but if it does take longer, please be patient as we are working on your problem.
