The upload facility at Commerce Australia allows users to upload WWW (World Wide Web) files for the world to view. Before this facility is allowed, users must enable it below.

The Commerce Australia upload facility is only available to users who agree to the conditions of its use:

1. The contents of any uploads cannot contain or link to material which the general public would find offensive

2. The amount of storage space users can consume is at maximum that agreed to on purchase, and is based on the total disk usage at Commerce Australia, which may not necessarily equal the summation of all file sizes

3. Where an attempt is made to exceed the upload limit, further uploads may be denied until some content is deleted

4. Uploads can only be performed by the user who owns the account

5. Any uploaded content is the responsibility of the user who owns the account

6. Commerce Australia may, temporarily or permanently, remove this facility from any user who breaks these conditions of use, at any time and without notice

7. A given web site is for one purpose (or a sole business use) only. In other words, two different companies cannot share the one web site (a seperate web account would be required in this case).
